Se cancelar a reserva total ou parcialmente até 10 dias antes da data de chegada, o Hotel devolverá o pagamento de depósito.

Caso cancele dentro dos 10 dias anteriores à data de chegada, não compareça na data de chegada ou no caso de saída antecipada, o Hotel reserva o direito de cobrar ao hóspede o valor do pagamento de depósito.
